We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined below:

Cancellations

Within 14 days of booking

• If you cancel within 14 days of making your booking, and your event is still more than 10 days away, you will receive a full refund.

More than 10 days before your event

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event date are eligible for a refund, less a £25 administration fee for Curling Experience per sheet and £5 administration fee for Try Curling session per person.

10 days or less before your event

• Ice hire and catering charges are non-refundable.
• If we are able to re-sell your ice slot to another customer, we may refund the applicable ice charges at our discretion.
• Catering is non-refundable within 10 days of the event.

Rescheduling

• Requests to change the date of your booking must be made more than 10 days before the event date.
• Approved date changes are subject to a £25 rescheduling fee.

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Any approved refund will be issued after cancellation has been confirmed.
• Availability for rescheduled bookings cannot be guaranteed and is subject to ice availability.
